In 1999, the company began as Key Tech Communication Services, LLC, formed by Dr. Marshall Leary, Jr. and Lauretta Martindale with the goal to provide affordable outsourced communication services without sacrificing quality. In March of 2016, the company became Custom Call Center under the direction of Cheryl Wade, COO, who brought with her 20+ years of experience in supervisory customer relation management.
Fast forward to January 2024, we are now Your Custom Call Center. Owner, Tasha Cruz, RN, and staff, with over 30 years of combined experience, are eager to build upon the strong foundation that has been laid.
